>> 1. General

- These terms are in place to ensure a smooth and fair process for both the artist and the client.
- Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me before commissioning. Please read them carefully before placing a commission.
- I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason before starting working on the commission.
- All commissioned artwork is for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Any use of my art for commercial purposes must be discussed and approved beforehand.
- As the artist, I retain full rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork, including the right to post it on my websites, create speed paints, or feature it in my portfolios or artbooks, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
- By proceeding with a commission, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
- The standard deadline for any commission is 1 month from the date the initial payment (50% upfront) is received. The deadline may be extended based on the complexity of the commission.

>> 2. Pricing & Payment

Commission prices may vary depending on my availability and interest in taking on specific commission types.
The only guaranteed accurate prices are those listed in my price spreadsheet. The prices shown are the base rates for each commission type (excluding any sales or discounts).Please note that complex characters or detailed requests may incur additional charges!
I can provide up to three minor edits after the sketch is approved; any additional revisions will incur a fee (2% of the total commission cost).I take 50% upfront and 50% after sending a compressed finished piece with a watermark.
I will always prioritize USD commissions over non-USD commissions (such as raffle prizes etc).Your commission order will be canceled if payment is not received within 48 hours. I do not accept payment plans or split payments. If someone else is paying for your commission through a trade or voucher, please mention this in your commission request.I accept payments via Boosty which supports bank cards or virtual cards only [as of October 2024]

>> 4. Personal vs Commerical

Personal use refers to any use of the artwork that does not involve making a profit. This includes using it as a wallpaper, avatar, or display image on non-commercial platforms such as DeviantArt, Toyhouse, Twitter, or Instagram, as well as printing it for personal enjoyment (without selling).Commercial use involves any activity that could generate income, attract customers, or otherwise result in financial benefit. This includes using the artwork for business purposes, marketing materials, or as part of your brand, as well as on social media platforms that generate revenue (like Twitch or YouTube). Please note that commissions for VTuber characters are considered commercial use if my work is used as a streaming asset or for promotional purposes.note: I will not participate in any NFT-related activities and explicitly forbid my art from being bought, sold, or associated with NFTs in any way.
